  • What is Easy Training?

    Easy Training is an online training platform dedicated to HR compliance and legalities. Our Mission is to create easy solutions to HR training and compliance for productive, knowledgeable and safe employee interaction. For more information, go to our About page.

  • What format do the courses take?

    Each course is composed of pre-recorded topical video material, relevant entertaining and informative skits, performed by professional actors, and an engaging course presenter guiding you through each element of the course.  Quizzes are strategically placed throughout the course to test your progress. In order to be awarded with your Easy Training Certificate of Completion, a final quiz will test your newly acquired knowledge.

  • How long is the course?

    Time is money and therefore each course is specifically designed to be completed within one hour. However, the time might fluctuate according to each person’s time-frame of completing the quizzes.

  • Do I have to complete the course in a specific time-frame?

    The time frame of completion starts on the day of enrollment for the specific course and will last for 365 days (aprox. 1 year).

  • Can I track my employees progress of completion?

    As a team leader you can track every individual employee’s progress on your Admin Dashboard.

  • Does my year of access with the annual subscription start on my purchase date, or when I enroll in a class?

    Your year of access to all our content starts on the day of annual subscription.

  • Are there packages available for Small-Medium-Enterprises as well as bigger corporate entities?

    Regardless of the size of your team, there are packages available for your specific needs. Please refer to our Pricing page.

  • What does the enrollment fee include?

    The enrollment fee includes access to all our available courses and certificates of completion as well as our free articles and resources. This is relevant to all registered participants.

  • What type of device / browser do I need?

    Our courses can be completed on any device that has a good internet connection. This includes computers, phones and tablets.

  • Is there homework with the course?

    Our courses do not include any homework. Therefore our courses are short, easy and not time consuming. 

  • What happens after I finish the course?

    After each completed course you will receive an Easy Training Certificate of Completion.

  • Can I download the videos?

    Our courses can not be downloaded and are required to be completed online.

Sexual Harassment

  • What is sexual harassment?

    Sexual harassment could be a range of behaviours in the workplace that is unwanted or unwelcome. These behaviours are about sex, gender and/or sexual orientation. It is important to note that this behaviour does not have to be direct and obvious, but can be indirect and subtle.

  • What is Sexual Assault?

    Sexual assault is being intentionally touched sexually without consent or intentionally inspiring the belief that a person will be sexually violated. Sexual assault is a form of sexual harassment, if it is connected to work.

  • Can I be sexually harassed by someone of the same sex and/or gender

    Yes, people from all sexes and/or genders can harass someone else, or be harassed.

  • Can men be sexually harassed?

    Yes, people from all sexes are susceptible to Sexual Harassment.

  • Does the harassment always have to be perpetrated by a boss or other supervisor?

    No. The harasser can be any supervisor, employer, employee or non-employee relevant to the workplace.

  • Can sexual harassment happen after work hours?

    Yes, it can. Sexual harassment is not just confined to the physical work-place or work hours.

  • If I think I have been subjected to sexual harassment, what should I do?

    There are a variety of ways to handle sexual harassment in the workplace, including formal and informal approaches. It might be important to communicate the incident to your supervisor or sexual harassment officer.

  • Can sexual harassment happen only once?

    Yes, sexual harassment does not have to be a repeated behaviour. Once is enough to be labelled as sexual harassment.

  • May a supervisor choose not to investigate a sexual harassment complaint?

    No. Supervisors may not avoid sexual harassment claims, and are required to investigate such claims sufficiently and timeously.

  • If I make a complaint of sexual harassment, will my complaint remain confidential?

    Employers and employees are responsible to ensure sexual harassment complaints are investigated and handled in a manner that ensures the confidentiality of those involved. It is advised that the supervisor maintain the highest level of confidentiality possible. If a disciplinary enquiry is necessary, the management, employees and all parties concerned must maintain this level of confidentiality. Appropriate members include: management, the aggrieved person(s), representatives, the alleged perpetrator, witnesses and, if necessary, an interpreter.

  • I don’t want my harasser to know I made a complaint. Will I be anonymous?

    Making a complaint can be scary, and there might be a desire for anonymity.  If the claim of sexual harassment requires disciplinary enquiry, the alleged harasser does have the right to reasonably necessary details of the complaint. This ensures that the alleged harasser can respond adequately and prepare for formal proceedings.

    Click the "Purchase" button under the “Individual Plan” card.

     

    Step 3

    Click the "BUY NOW" button.

     

    Step 4

    Click the "Proceed to checkout" button after verifying your cart contents.

     

    Step 5

    Fill in the required billing details (these details will also be used to automatically create your Easy Training account).

     

    Step 6

    Click the “Place Order” button.

     

    Step 7

    You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you can choose your payment method (EFT, Credit/Debit/Cheque card, and more).

     

    Step 8

    Once you have selected your chosen payment method, filled in the requested info, and completed your payment you will automatically be redirected to our “Thank You” page where you can review all of the important order details pertaining to your purchased course.

     

    Step 9

    To access your profile (from where your new course can be accessed), click on the “Access Your Course” button that can be found in the order details section.

     

    Step 10

    Click the "Return to Course" button to be redirected to your new course.

    Click the "Course Introduction" link to start your course!

    Step 1

    Step 3

    Make sure to select the number of licenses (users) you would like to purchase in the quantity field.

     

    Step 4

    Click the "BUY NOW" button.

     

    Step 5

    Click the "Proceed to checkout" button after verifying your cart contents.

     

    Step 6

    Fill in the required billing details (these details will also be used to automatically create your Easy Training account).
    IMPORTANT: Please make sure to fill the “Group Name” field.

     

    Step 7

    Click the “Place Order” button.

     

    Step 8

    You will be redirected to the payment gateway where you can choose your payment method (EFT, Credit/Debit/Cheque card, and more).

     

    Step 9

    Once you have selected your chosen payment method, filled in the requested info, and completed your payment you will automatically be redirected to our “Thank You” page where you can review all of the important order details pertaining to your purchased course licenses.

     

    Step 10

    To manage or add users to your group, scroll down to the bottom of the “Thank You” page and click on the “Manage Group” button.

    To manage or add users to your group, click on the “User Management” card where you will be directed to the user management screen.

    To manage or add group leaders, click on the “Group Leader Management” card where you will be directed to the group leader management screen.

  • How to sign into your Easy Training account

    How to log into my account

    Step 1

    Click the "Sign In" button at the top right of the Easy Training website.

     

    Step 2

    Fill in the username field with your email address or username used on registration. (This will be the username or email address you entered when you purchased the course on the ‘billing information’ page)

     

    Step 3

    Fill in the password field with the password entered on registration. (This will be the password you entered when you purchased the course on the ‘billing information’ page)

     

    Step 4

    After you’ve entered your login credentials, click on the “Sign In” button.
    You will automatically be taken to your account page where you can view and manage your account details as well as access any courses you have access to.
